Accessing MarketingDB constitutes a legally binding agreement to these terms. If you represent a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
2. User Accounts
Auth Protocol
We exclusively use Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked Google account.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years of age. Misrepresentation of identity may result in a permanent ban.
3. Submission Guidelines
1 Project Per Week
Strict limit to prevent directory saturation and ensure quality control.
Ownership
You must own the rights to the project or have explicit permission to list it.
Media Limits
Screenshots must be under 1MB and represent the actual project accurately.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Artificial manipulation of upvotes/views
- Submitting malware or phishing links
- Scraping directory data for AI training
- Impersonating high-authority brands
- Bypassing the weekly submission limit
- Illegal or adult-oriented content
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership of your content. However, by submitting to MarketingDB, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display your project, screenshots, and descriptions for the purpose of operating the directory.

No Results Guaranteed
While we provide dofollow backlinks, we make no warranties regarding your search engine rankings, Domain Rating increases, or organic traffic growth. SEO is subject to external algorithms beyond our control.
